Sassenach Catering was a dream brought to life in 2010. I want to bring traditional French Cuisine mixed with southern flair to the catering scene. As a graduate of the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu culinary school I wanted to take my traditional French training and mix in the teachings of my southern roots. I have been creating and experimenting with recipes and formulas since a child. My passion for food is passed along in every dish I create. I’m always open to creating robust and exciting flavor combinations that titillate the senses and satisfy the most discerning palette. I use only the freshest of ingredients. Our focus is on fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables with the dishes we serve and we try and use produce grown locally. We use the highest quality of ingredients from our meats and cheeses to our home made sauces and stocks.
We cater mostly small events of parties of 35 or less. This is so we can focus on the details and provide the most quality driven experience that you can find.
